Built by Investors and Operators

CP Interiors was built from the ground up by active real estate investors who understand what it takes to execute a successful project. Based in Pittsburgh, we've acquired, renovated, and managed a growing portfolio of properties, giving us firsthand experience in balancing cost, speed, and quality. That perspective shapes how we operate as a general contractor.

We don't approach projects as one-off jobs—we approach them as investments, with a focus on execution, efficiency, and long-term performance. Our work is supported by a dedicated, in-house team that operates alongside a trusted network of subcontractors and vendors. These are the same crews and systems we rely on across our own portfolio, allowing us to maintain tighter control over quality, timelines, and overall execution. How We Got Here

Pittsburgh Stays is Founded

Pittsburgh Stays was founded with a focused objective: to build and scale a short-term rental portfolio in Pittsburgh. By combining our efforts, we set out to accelerate our broader real estate ambitions through a targeted, operations-driven approach in the hospitality space.

First Short-Term Rental Launch

Our first short-term rental launched in Brighton Heights on Pittsburgh's North Side. It marked the beginning of a rapidly expanding portfolio, where we refined our systems, operations, and guest experience while growing into a recognizable local hospitality brand.

Rebrand to City Premier Real Estate

With a proven model and growing portfolio, we rebranded as City Premier Real Estate to reflect a broader vision. What began as a hospitality-focused venture evolved into a dedicated real estate firm focused on acquiring, developing, and operating high-quality assets across Pittsburgh.

First Full Home Remodel

As our portfolio matured, we shifted toward value-add acquisitions and full-scale renovations. Transitioning from light cosmetic projects to full home remodels unlocked a new level of growth—while also presenting real challenges that sharpened our process, discipline, and execution.

10th Investment Property Acquired

With a repeatable strategy in place, we scaled rapidly. Our portfolio reached ten properties as our internal systems, local network, and operational capacity expanded—including building an in-house team to support ongoing acquisition and renovation efforts.

Project Delivery & Field Operations

Jordan brings deep experience in concrete and construction, along with strong relationships across the local trades. He takes a hands-on, practical approach to building and understands how to structure and direct projects from the outset.

At CP Interiors, Jordan is involved from the front end—working with clients during bidding, helping define scope, and setting projects up for efficient execution. He leads field operations throughout construction, coordinating subcontractors and maintaining quality across every phase. His focus is straightforward: deliver a well-run project with strong execution and a finished product built to last.

Nick DiSanti

Nick DiSanti

Strategy, Growth & Acquisitions

Nick brings a background in engineering and manufacturing, where he developed a systems-driven approach to operations, process improvement, and execution. He's applied that same mindset to real estate—acquiring, renovating, and managing a growing portfolio of properties with a focus on efficiency, cost control, and scalability.

At CP Interiors, Nick works with clients from initial planning through completion and exit. He works to define scope, align budgets, and make decisions that impact both the build and the outcome—whether that's a rental, resale, or long-term hold.
